The Platform offers the opportunity to participants to publish Abstracts or Extended Abstracts. The organizing committee invites authors to submit their abstracts for presentations on any of the following topics of IPAU 2022: Sustainability in Architecture, Architectural Design, Urbanism and spatial planning, Architectural Heritage, Architecture Information Technology and Energy Efficiency in Buildings. Submissions are sought for oral presentation, poster presentation and extended abstract. Authors must select the type of submission during the registration process at IPAU 2022 website. More than one type of submissions can be selected.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Authors are invited to submit their abstracts until June 13^th, 2022.

Abstracts should be text of up to 300 words long, and should be written in English, using the template. Aside from the abstract, please provide at least 3 keywords and choose the main topic of the conference that fits the subject of your paper. There is a possibility to add one Figure/Table as specified in the template to follow.

EXTENDED ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Accepted authors who are selected to participate in an oral presentation in the forum will be required to submit an extended abstract, no later than September 3^rd 2022. The structured extended abstract must include the abstract, a description of each chapter and be accompanied by the bibliography. Further guideline information will be sent at the moment of notification. Authors are asked to respect and use established styles, as well as the defined maximum of 4 pages for the extended abstract.

Extended abstracts of the forum will be published in the Proceedings Book with ISBN (hard copy).

Both, abstracts and extended abstract will be reviewed by two members of the scientific committee.

POSTER SUBMISSION

Accepted authors notified by the IPAU 2022 will be required to submit the research poster no later than September 3^th, 2022. The poster should clearly address the following information:

• the main research goal
• the methodology
• the experimental phase
• the outcomes and ­the achievements and considerations.

The poster must follow the below poster template:

• paper size: A1 (594x1189 mm)
• author/s, affiliations, and title of the contribution: please, follow the example given in the template as a reference.

All written parts must be in English and should be written in a clear language to help readers and platform attendees to understand its content. It is essential to ensure a clear explanation of the research question, main ideas, framework, methodologies, and results.

All submissions must be made in PDF format.

The authors will be informed about the acceptance of the poster presentation no later than September 24^th, 2022.

Participants are asked to bring their printed posters during the registration on the conference day on December 16^th 2022, as no poster printers will be available in the conference.
