The Urban Transformation – Connecting Urban Sustainability Labs conference will take place in Karlsruhe from October 15–17, 2025!  This exciting event is part of the 200th anniversary celebrations of the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) and the Science Week “City of the Future”.

A special Young Academics Track will feature research presented by doctoral candidates and young scientists, focusing on key topics such as:

• Climate Protection and Adaptation
• Mobility and Urban Space
• Resources, Building, and Construction
• Water and Urban Ecology
• Energy and Digitalization
• Urban Governance and Planning

Interested in contributing? Submit your abstract for the Young Academics Track by February 17, 2025! Accepted papers will be published Open Access with a DOI by KIT-Verlag.
