SUBMISSIONS

The Platform offers participants the opportunity to publish Abstracts or Extended Abstracts. The Organizing Committee invites authors to submit their abstracts for presentations related to the theme of IPAU International Conference 2026 – “Designing for Uncertainty: Resilience, Community, Creativity.”

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Authors are invited to submit their abstracts by 10 July 2026.

Abstracts should not exceed 300 words and must be written in English using the provided template. In addition to the abstract, authors should provide at least three keywords and select the conference sub-theme that best fits the subject of their paper. Authors may include one figure or table, as specified in the IPAU 2026_abstract_template. Please name the file as follows: IPAU2026_abstract_name_surname.docx (name and surname of the first author).

EXTENDED ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Authors whose abstracts are accepted for oral presentation at the conference will be required to submit an extended abstract no later than 30 September 2026. The structured extended abstract must include the abstract, a description of each chapter, and a bibliography. Further guidelines will be provided upon notification. Authors are asked to follow the established formatting requirements and adhere to the maximum length of four pages for the extended abstract. The extended abstract should be structured as specified in the (name and surname of the first author)

POSTER PRESENTATION SUBMISSION

Authors whose poster abstracts are accepted will be required to submit their research poster no later than 30 September 2026. The poster should clearly present the main research goal, methodology, experimental phase, outcomes, achievements, and key considerations. Authors are required to follow the conference poster template and ensure that the title, authors, and affiliations are formatted according to the provided example. The poster must be prepared in A1 format (594 × 1189 mm) and all content should be written in English in a clear and concise manner. It is essential to provide a coherent presentation of the research question, conceptual framework, methodology, and results. All posters must be submitted in PDF format and prepared using the IPAU 2026_poster_template. Please name the file as follows: IPAU2026_poster_name_surname.pdf (name and surname of the first author). Participants are requested to bring a printed copy of their poster to the conference registration, as poster-printing facilities will not be available on-site.
